Omex rev limiter with launch control
Just flicking through demon tweeks catalogue and came across an omex rev limiter that has a launch control (of sorts) facility - a seperate button that activates a lower rev limiter to reduce wheel spin - anybody used one? any good or is it a clumsy thing when it kicks in?

all it will do is retard the ignition making the car pop and bang at a desired rpm when the button is held once released the car will just spin up unless you have a lsd diff
the down side is that while its retarding the ignition the manifold will glow read and probally not do the engine any good

you play with the plus and minus buttons and it sets a limit to the revs wen the button is pressed and then back to normal wen button is reliced. got one in 1/4 mile car, it worked fine till i snapped the wire in the switch
