Mk1 Golf with Throttle Bodies

Does anyone know of any examples on here of a mk1 golf on throttle bodies. Or has anyone seen any guides to doing a throttle body conversion etc? I don't want to do it, but would love to read a bit more about it.

Looks awesome, bet it goes like stink! Know of any throttle body mods to an 8 valve?

not many people do this to an 8v, as you get a lot of heat soak as the trumpets are over the exhaust manifold. Sure people have done it sound is amazin 8)

You could try boxing it off in a style like the BergCup cars:

here is a pic of my mk1 golf on throttle bodies the engine is a 2l mk3 golf agg bottom end with mk4 golf crossflow head, jenvey throttle bodies and is running on a omex 600 ecu.

thanks its 145bhp with 192nm of torque the throttle bodies have give me a extra 30bhp +more torque and a awesome sound track at 6000 rpm!!
