How to build your own
just wondering how people actually make these? and what sort of rubber mounts do they use.
i was planning on using the metal plate from my stock top mount, cutting it flat and welding on the tube.
anyone else make these? got any pictures?
thanks alot

I was thinking of doing the same and I've found that people use mk4 mounts
Got any more info on that?

So does this raised mount lower the car but keep standard suspension travel ? What do you do on the rear ?
Use Drop plates I believe, there's a Guy on edition atm who's offering to make some to order and has done so before in the past

And for the cost, I reckon you'll break even trying methods/rectification.
The rear drop plates do yourself though, in my opinion its expensive for a 12mm plate drilled 8 times….
