Mk1 G60 Intercooler set up

I am looking to use a merc sprinter intercooler for the g60 conversion and if i am not mistaken this can be purchased complete with pipework. Would this be my best bet as it now abit tight for space? If this set up can be purchased, any1 know where i could buy 1 as i need the car on the road asap. cheers

Doesn't seem so daunting now that this can actually be made up and closer to finishing the car. Cheers for that

YW mate. I am sure there would be someone out there who could make up some custom intercooler pipework for you. Failing that you could always buy a kit and cut to your requirements

german ebay is the best place you can buy the whole merc intercooler setup.comes with all the pipework from inlet to intercooler and also comes with a ubend and all pipework to intercooler.
