I initally thought that was an r32 engine with some funny cover….then I saw the v8 badge and the row of 4 ht leads either side :oops:
hot dam, thats acutally very subtle until, you turn the key!

that looks wicked i bet it handels like a boat though... too much in heavy stuff in the bonnet!

I'd be interested to see how heavy the engine really is as it's a fairly compact V8 and is made from aluminium (sorry, aluminum, it's american after all  :wink: ). I'll bet it's not much heavier than a VR6 engine.

ove to do something like that to my mk1 but unfortuanatly don't have the knowledge my self personally and thought bout the vr6 but thought the 1.8 turbo will give me the same powqwr with less weight so there for overall faster!!

but fooking well done to them chaps for doing it wouldn't mind hearing/seeing it running!!!

Quite like that - at least its not all plastic scoops and graphics on the outside , looks like theyve got some cooling issues though have you seen all the holes in the front bumper .
