HAS ANYONE HEARD OF WHEEL ADAPTERS
I have a pair of 17s that i want on my cab but the mesurments are out.
My alloys are 4 stud and been told that i can get wheel adapters so they fit
is this true

Its true, but obviously its a compromise and also affects the offset. What PCD are the 17"s (eg 5x112), the stock Mk1 Golf is 4x100. (The 4x means there's 4 wheel bolts and the 100 is the diameter of the circle they're on, in mm. PCD = Pitch Circle Diameter).
If its really close (eg I think Vauxhalls are 4x98???) then you can purchase 'wobbler' bolts which have an offset conical bit, to take up the 1mm difference. But again, its a non-ideal situation.

they r 4 bolt its just the pcd.
my alloys are 6x17
not sure of pcd, roughly 108 i think as the alloys came of a pug but dont ask me what
