Right, a subject close to my heart as I'm doing one just now!

You'll need the G60 engine, G60 02A gearbox (Seat Ibiza one preferably!) engine wiring loom and ECU. all pipe work and ancilleris etc.

The engine will drop striaght onto the big block mounts no hassle (the drivers side one needs some fiddling but nothing complicated)

The gearbox mount on the other hand needs to be either bought specially or made from scratch.

Use the 02A cable change box as its a lot stronger then the 020 box. if your really lucky, get one from a cable change 2.0 16v ibiza and you can get round the hydraulic clutch problem as well, its better geared as well for the G60. If you can't find one then don't desapir as you can easily sort out a system for the hydraulic clutch or convert to the seat cable with new parts.

Hope thats a start and if anyone has a useful page or weblink I'd be over the moon!

160bhp out the box which just pulls from any revs!!

add a chip, pulley and gas flow the charger and 180 to 200 is easy! the basic engine is bullet proof and good for plenty horse power.

This one that was recently done had a chip, pulley, stage 4 jabba charger and front mounted intercooler made a healthy 203BHP on the rollers!!
