Fuel filler cap

Hi i have bought a new chrome fuel filler cap, but it is a pain to get the old one off, can anyone help. Thanks Sam

How do you fill up with fuel if you can't get the cap off?

Try unlocking it if its locked, and turning anti-clockwise.

I have'nt  Used the car yet so i aint filled it up, got it off now thanks it was very stiff.

stick the key half way into the lock mate, then get some wd40 or other spray in the opening and round the mechanism/springs at back and keep turning it til it becomes easier, that is my technical knowledge exhausted for the following month or so but should work

where did u get yr chrome fuel cap from mate as i would liek 1 of them
