found my carb problem[but what jet size ]

right ive found out that the jets on my twin 40 webers are not working ,well two of them. so this is makeing the car not start as there is no fuel .
but i want to no what is the best jet size to get as there are lots .

so if any one can help by saying the best size to get this would be great

they dont usually need re jetting?
 i have 45's on mine and they were set up using the standard weber jets that came with them  as they guy who set them up said they are just balanced etc etc using them jets to your car  as they will always be Lumpy  cus of the size of the carbs etc..

are you sure there not blocked??
