I'd certainly want to be putting new top mounts on, and possibly thinking about uprated items? though plenty of peole just use new VAG mounts (apparently better quality than gsf) with no problems.
it also doesn't seem to be all that easy to find uprated top mounts, though I have seen some of german ebay….
it would also be the time to upgrade to poly bushes, to complement the coilovers, as they could well highlight areas lacking due to old, worn, rubber bushes. obviously this is an extra expense and if your bushes are fine at the moment then you can leave it to another time.

Probably the best thing to do is get all new bushes and top mounts but this depends on two things . Money and ride quality . you could go out and buy all new uprated mounts , bolt it all together slam the car and then find that it drives like a scared cat ! get new top mounts , bolt em on and c how it rides , might save your self some expense .

I got a set from Gwent VW last year. They seem very competitive still. I'd get a good quality set of new top mounts if I were you too. I got some mounts off Ebay and they distorted badly so get the best you can. Febi seem a good choice.
