audi 2 litre b valve help please

got a mk1 golf 1.1 chassis that had the polo gt engine in on bike carbs,
now got rid of that to move on to something abit more challanging and fun.
i no i need to change engine mounts etc,
just kinda wondering what block to use what cylinder head, as i want to run it on carb not injection, im running new fuel lines as i have fuel tank in the boot, with electric pump and regulater, tank removed from underneaith the car, can anyone point me in the right direction please  :pray:
