abf conversion questions

hi all….
pretty much completed engine conversion on my cab.. it's running but has a few small bit's left to finish…
fitted a abf from a 98 seat gti, just have 2 questions for you all..
first.. i keep getting the oil light and buzzer going off when i put the rev's over 2000.. whittled it down to electrical so if anyone knows why would be great help..
second.. on the throttle body there is a fitment for a pipe, was under the impression this could be blanked off but car wont run with it blocked.. ( it looks like a fuel pipe fitment )
what should i do with it..?
any help would be appreciated

sorted the first problem…
anyone have any ideas on the second..???
also dont want to idle unless warm, wasnt doing before when fitted in seat..

second problem now solved….
turned out the pipe needed to be blanked off…..???
oh well.
