4 branch manifold

Just ordered one as my s2 manifold has got some sort of crack and making some really horrible noises.
As i'm off down the 2.0lt route in a few months thought it would be sensible rather than fixing this one, then buying the 4 branch later.
What sort of gains have people had from a fairly standard engine with a 4 branch??

Out of interest, what make did you go for?  I'm doing the same thing as you, but haven't decided yet which system to go for.

im doing a 2litre conversion and this will be my next mod to buy, i will be struggling though as i have bought one of the tall big blocks so i dont know if i will foul on the steering rack with the 4-2-1- manifold

ive heard good stuff, its suposd to help it rev more freely,

not a bad price that! ive been looking at shipping one over from germany for about 200ish if it fits my engine without fouling on steering rack but ill investigate on this one first,

I have a bubble block going in mine so shouldn't have any problems with clearance ( hopefully )
