20vt hydraulic clutch problem

Hi,

I have fabricated my own hydraulic clutch pedal box using the same size master cylinder as what crazy quiffs use in their kit. The MC is pushed all the way in with the foot to the floor, but the clutch seems to not be engaging fully. It works and the car can stand still with clutch in and set off, just it struggles when selecting gears.

Does anybody have any ideas?

The clutch is fully bled. Do I need to change the push rod master cylinder at all with using a different clutch to whats usually in the 02j set up? Im wondering wether to get a larger master cylinder (pedal side) which should produce a greater force for the clutch?

Have you tried this MC. its what just caddy uses on their conversions.
