20v conversion questions.

Could you nice folk, please answer these.

1) Does the clutch/ flywheel require new stretch bolts, or can i use the old ones( presuming they are stretch bolts) also what torque do i use?

2) Apart from gasket for the manifolds, is there anything else i need to renew, when stripping all external ware on block prior to painting?

3) Has anyone, come up with a method of using the auto tensioner in conjunction with new conversion mount?

4) Has anyone have a link to pipe removal on a AGU block?

5) Aux belt size, minus a/c and p/s pump.

Thanks….for now!

Elroy

The tensioner can be re used…someone put it up on here how too and im using that idea
You bolt just the tensioner pulley on but use a stainless non slip washer which bites in and stops the bolt moving…
Pm me if you want any info and I have spare washers
