2.0L engine swap
I'm gonna atemp to put a 2.0l in the mrs clipper as its smoking a fair bit and burning lots of oil. I have got a rebuilt 2.0L block with TSR blanks and correct dissy fitted and a 1.8 head 026103373AA with injector blanks fitted and ported chambers.
What I wanted to know is what head gasket and head bolts to use also what cambelt eg mk1 or mk3? I'm going to be running it on a weber 32/34 carb and I'm hoping everything else will be a straight swap of the original engine?
Also I have been trying to find somewhere whichs sells a sandwich plate to go in between the downpipe and manifold as its a tall block
Thanks

Use standard Mk1 head bolts and a Mk3 steel layered gasket. Use the Mk1 timing belt kit. Spacer you may need to make
