2.0l 16v ABF into MK1

Anyone fit one and if so did you use standard exhaust manifold or aftermarket, and which type, cheers, regards John.

The Storm manifold seems to be a better made, stainless version of the Ashley conversion manifold. (which i've got, but an 9A not ABF so dont have same clearance probs).

Supersprint is the best one, its adjustable in the middle. Theres a company on ebay that does a copy of that as well.

oh yeah, the supersprint is really expensive, storm is prob best balance of quality/cost
