16v conversion, which clutch???

hey, wonder if anyone can help, trying to rebuilt my 16v and the clutch is pretty worn, can only find 210mm clutches avialable for both mk1 and mk2. i didnt build the car so have no idea which clutch was used originally all i know is its 190mm. any help would be much appreciayed. cheers.
