16v Cam Identification

Help please
I have a set of cams that came in my 2.0 16v, the block is originally a 6a but I believe it has a KR head.
Does anyone recognise them?
The markings are:
On both:
027 ——– VW/AUDI STAMP ———– WTR
On the other side of the exhaust:
1 ————- U
On the other side of the inlet:
5 ————- U
