1.8T gearbox choice?

If I have 89' mk2 with 1.8 66kW engine and want to drop 1.8T from A3 with 02J gearbox what flanges do I need to fit mk2 driveshafts?

Should be the 100mm, 02j is 108mm i think

You need ones off an 02A box

02j boxes have both 108mm and 100mm so look out for the 100mm one..
I have both boxes and the 108 mm cups are more of a star shape but I don't know if all the 108mm are like this

i have got some 02a driveshafts if you need them

driveshafts are no good, you need mk1 100mm ones. as said the 02j come with both 100 and 108mm flanges so check what you have. if 108mm its just a case of get 100mm 02a/j ones. be aware there are 2 flange types on the 02a depending on age bolt in or clip in, so make sure you get same type as on your 02j
