1.6 carb to kjet 16v wiring help

I've had to take over the wiring after the auto electrician i was using proved to be unreliable so i'm looking for a bit of guidance now as i really have no clue where to start.

Its half done but fom what ive been told theres no spark and the fuel pump doesnt run
