wheel paint or polish help

hi all got some porsche d90 wheels and stripped the many layers of paint  have been sanding them down when iv had the time.Just seem to be gettin nowhere and now thinking do i paint them my cabby is sapphire blue with a black hood i was thinking of havin them powder coated matt black what do you guys think.A friend of a friend said he can do them for ?120 anyone no if this is a good price he said would shot blast then powder coat.Anyone paid for there's to be polished if the price is about the same would rather have them polished and where can i get them done.Any help would be great   

go to thepolishingshop.co.uk and buy a kit with all the mops and compounds for as little as a tenner.  (more comprehensive kits cost a little more)

think matt black would look pants, why not paint them sapphire blue??

thanks for the advice had a look at the polishshop think that will help loads as for matt black i wasn't that sure about it myself the bloke who was gonna do them suggested it sapphire blue is a better option though suppose i got the winter months to do which ever i decide thanks for the input lads
