whats this worth

got a cam with a job lot of parts came from a mate the cam came from a car my other mate used to have.It was a schrick cam out of a 90spec mk2 8v only got a serial number no vw stamp and matches the one out of a spare head iv got.Want to no how much its worth so i can get it sold cheers
