Vin plate update

Needed a new vin plate as my old one had been lost by the previous owner. So got in contact with a fellow club member who made these up for me, have to say very impressed. At the moment these are only test samples for me,no price as yet.
I will leave it up to the other club member to post details if he wants to do more for any one else.

Yes they are acrylic and a test sample is being road tested over the weekend to ensure they are not affected by heat.
Don't think it will be an issue where there fixed but want to make sure.
I will update the thread once they have been tested.

As i don't have my old plate i would be interested if any other information or numbers need to be added.

A pic of an original Rivage vin plate would be very useful, if any one is posting pics please blank out your chassis number for obvious reasons.

Am in for a couple if these become available to buy.

Road test was fine as the front panel  where they are mounted did not get hot from the radiator.

A final sample is being worked on now, and should take the form af a black plate with the lettering in white.

Once completed i will post a few pics and put a link up as how to get them. As i have said they are being made by a fellow club member and he wants to get them right.
