Top fill rads

Would I be right in saying that there was two types of top fill rads one with the filler on the right side and one with the filler on the left oh and has any one had a top fill running in their g60
be great to hear some reviews on them for cooling the g60 motor

I'm one on my 16v with the cap on the left  

Keeps it cool enough but rises fairly quick in traffic. 

Small block and big block have pipes on different side of the radiator don't they? So that would explain the different side of the coolant reservoir on a top fill rad.

Also I think there's more than 2 types, since there's small block, non-GTI big block and GTI big block top fill rads available (might even be 4 different ones, depending on how many sizes there were). They're pretty rare now so its possible that you don't see them much etc.

As fitting a g60 I need pipes on the left looking at front of car as the rad would be punched to the right
