Spare wheel well question

I've been repairing my spare well well today, there is a small hole right in the center of the well, it's a bit rotten so I can't tell what it is supposed to look like or even if it should be there. Can someone post a pic or tell me what is or isn't there please. Thanks in anticipation :wink:

I think the holes that size have a circular plate (with a little lip on them) and are seam sealed in.

Ha ha, not the big hole, the little one right in the middle of the well.

Thats a drain hole and should be round!

I've welded it up for now, I'll drill a new hole before it's painted :wink:
