No, other cars could have had it as an optional extra.

I'm not 100% but think the Rivage only came in blue. or maybe blue and black

I know someone on here will be able to tell you 100%.

Green Rivage's all cames with full cream leather interiors. Blue Rivage's came with a blue cloth interior as standard with the option of upgrading to full cream leather.

Actually i think there is such a beast as A blue Rivage Leather which came as standard with leather no upgrades, but i think you are right basically but i think the point is you can have a green without leather you could never down grade.
You could get a green clipper with no leather but that green is
Pearl green metallic

and Rivage is Classic green pearl metallic lol

but no white ones lol
