Prothane Gearbox Mount, any good?

Prothane Gearbox Mount are they good or what is everyone else using?
putting a 16v in, shou;d i change all the engine/gearbox mounts to poly

Depends on how much vibration you like !!!

Mine has a poly front snubber but the rest are diesel golf engine mounts

Very very good, i love them!lol but do expect some vibes!

Oh and also that a ridiculous price, you get the whole lot from gsf for £64.99

I hate it when ebayers do that!

Just looked through, please please dont buy these, as i said gsf do the whole kit and its the same make!You would be looking at spending 100s on this whole kit!

I have used these for years, bought cheap from gsf, never any problem with the rear one, or the front one, the side ones are a waste of time & effort to get in.

Exactly what jase said, side ones waste of time, front and back brill along with all the others...

Think i'll get a front and back one so,
i just want to avoid breaking the 4 branch
i'm going to put in it, dont want to much vibraiting either. should i just change the front one and
use genuine diesel mounts for the rest?

Well id personally go all poly mounts for peace of mind, and if you get the whole set for i think its £69 then its a really good deal with long lasting bushes….
