Pirelli Metal Centre
after waching a set of these sell on ebay for about £250 the other week these are massively out of my price range
so i had a play today to make my own
so far i've made a press to get the shape and i've just drawn up the pirelli logo
what i'm asking is has anyone got a close up photo of a standard metal cap as need to make sure i'm getting it right as i'm only working to a plastic cap with a stick on logo

please help

the fixing on the back is all sorted will get picks up soon as i've finished it

Not bad at all, but I prefer them sprayed silver. As a promo you can send me a set and I'll let you know how i get on.
i've not decided on weather i wanna polish my wheels or spray but will decide when all the paint is stripped and sanded
i'm a cnc operator and had abit of ali lying around so thought i'd get busy

Ah i thought the black ring round the cap would be of a different material, like a rubber seal kind of thing… now im thinking its a solid metal piecei get it lol

If they are good and the fit is spot on and they don`t fly off when your driving, then you could make a killing on them.

If your serious about selling yours why not just sell them and let people worry about fitting them, or why not just bond some 4 stud plastic trims cut down on the back so they fit ,or everybody why not just do that? :dontknow:
