not paying for a moving van

moved house over christmas and decided to save money….so i had more cash for beer and use our vera
i had a washing machine tumble dyer and a set of draws  plus a picture in the back of the car and still get the roof up!!! .. its amazing what you can squash in the back of a golf

and a double bed frame with bed side table… wish i took it with the mattress in now as well

Did get a few strange looks but I saved myself a few quid on hiring a van  

Every little helps as they saying goes when you're moving house especially when you're done paying stamp duty.

I did the same two years ago in my mk1  good one

they are handy as hell, i had a big heagonal shape patio table thingy that sits 8 round it in me last clipper cabby when my mates needed it for a BBQ, car looked like it had a sail lol

there is a thread somewhere for maximum things fitted into a cabby, is a good read !
