Female Dubbers?
No offence to the gentlemen on here but was just wondering how many other girls are on here who love their dubs?

Lol, well when I say girls…… My other half is still debating whether I am, in fact, female and he considers me the masculine one in the relationship :lmao:
He was only saying last night that he was confused with the role reversal in our house. I was out working on my car and he was cooking tea and cleaning…….I have to say that I am perfectly happy with that arrangement

I'm a girl dubber! I'd rather do maintenance on my Golf than paint my nails or go clothes shopping. :redfaced: My dad used to be a mechanic so I've seen countless operations on cars being undertaken before getting hands-on myself over the years. Now I have a garage and more tools there's no stopping me! So far I've mastered changing the suspension components, front and rear brakes, replaced the starter motor and brake MC, and countless oil, fuel and air filter changes to name a few. It's a great car to work on and I'm proud to have a reasonable idea how most stuff works on the car, enough to sort myself out without paying someone else to do it for me. The main thing is you need to have a keen interest in mechanics, otherwise you're never gonna even bother reading the Haynes manual, let alone get hands-on.

Yey, another girl dubber. I definately have less mechanical knowledge than you Diesel but my dad has worked on cars and bikes for years and my cousin used to race motorbikes professionally so I've been around that sort of stuff for years. I can tinker and I can follow the Haynes manual but I haven't mastered anything too complicated yet, thats where Dad comes in.
As for shopping, eeurrrrggghhhh can't stand it lol
