Thats what makes me think the site is a bit plastic. It tells me things I have never heard of and when you talk to people about it they look at you gone out. Do you think its mainly US info?Man-Alive said

on cabbys: lift the boot lid and towards the top left ( near the near side light cluster) is a pull lever, pull that and it will allow you to tilt the rear seats forward. i think…lol give it ago! there might even be one both sides. think its just the left tho lol

check in the boot for your sticker… with the paint code on LK3A
as for the back seat.. yep it comes down as described above…. open tailgate first and put the knob.. leave tailgate open and look down the right hand side of you upper back seat for the pull bracket.. usually the grab handle has long since dissapered.. but you could make a new one from a large tie wrap
cheers

Mine has that. I read it as the seats have another movement. Ibrucieboy said

You know you are right - I have got that in mine but I only ever used it when I was taking the seats out. :redfaced:

My rear seats tilt forward, kinda useful for getting more in the back when needed, or getting to stuff in the boot when I have reversed too close to something and cant open the tailgate guess this is what they are referring to :dontknow:
You need to open the boot fully to pull out the plunger so this doesn't add up.

I take your point Tian, but my plunger is one of the items on my list of repairs! So as it stands I can leave the seats either locked or unlocked, hence I am able to open the seats from within the car without opening the boot lid. Needs fixing though, cos I need to remember to lock the seats when leaving the car out and about!!
