2.0 16v into clipper help

Hi,

I have a mk1 clipper cab (a former car of the month on here) that I want to put a 2.0 16v engine running twin webers in. Also a few other bits n bobs such as power steering, brake conversion etc. The car is here in sunny Barcelona with me and I plan to ship back to the uk for the work, or if I'm lucky enough to find someone on here who fancies a free holiday in bcn in exchange for coming and doing the work at a reasonable price that is another option haha!

Basically I want a really tidy job, the car NEEDS to be reliable due to me having no specialist for repairs here. And also I'm looking for good value for money.

Also at the moment it has a TT interior which im not 100% keen on, If anyone has interior ideas or reccos I would appreciate that also
