What are 'Reward Points' when ordering items from the Shop?

Out of interest what are 'Reward Points'?
We see this when we are ordering items from the 'Shop' as I just did.

Did a search but found nothing relating to it so I thought I'd ask.

Normally it suggests that the more you spend the more you earn, or well it does on most websites I've used.
A bit like 'loyalty Points'.
Well in the last seven months I've ordered nine Club items totaling 155.00 GBP but still have no reward points.

So it must have a different meaning, can someone please help me out here as :imwithstupid:

firstly thanks for your latest order just seen it on my phone

also thanks for being one of the best customers

the shop is a template website that we just list our product in. the reward point is just one of the extra feaure we dont use

the reason it's not used it that we make very little on the merchandise overall, and the money that is made goes towards paying for other things like the running of this site and the AGM

i shall howevery put a few extras in your parcel this time

I was honestly just asking and not looking for special treatment.

There was me thinking that I was to dumb to work it out for myself!

it is there if we want to use it but i currently dont think it's something that would work for us as a club
