Not received order

Afternoon mate, the colour of hoody which you ordered was one which we didn't have in stock, so we had to order one in (that's why sometimes it can take 10 days)
It has been printed and shipped, so should be with you today/tomorrow if not already.

Mark, another one was shipped to you Friday (had to order it in as had no dark grey here) was expecting it to reach you today. I assume it'll be tomorrow, can you keep me updated please
