Still hav'nt received my Polo shirt after 3 months

  I still have'nt received my polo shirt after ordering it at the begining of march.   The cheque was cashed straight away, i've allowed a lot of time.
     This sort of thing is damaging to the club because people will be reluctant to order any other merchandise if they have to wait so long .
        I was told it was in batch 2 to be sent after sat 13th may.

Hi Ali - I know it's been bad and can't apologise enough. This isn't how I like to do business and I'm doing all I can to sort - and to ensure no repitition in the future.

I'm keeping up dates in this section of forum and really do hope I'll have the rest of the polos shortly. The biggest issue it seems is ordering small batches, just doesn't work but there's no way we can stock every size, colour etc etc.

At end of day I hope to have sorted shortly but if anyone waiting for one wants a refund I'll happily sort it
