Laid up insurance

Anybody know of any companies that do laid up cover while the golf's off the road ?

Would have thought any classic policy/company would do this. Try Footman James?

Lancaster insurance do, costs me ?35 a year to insure mine parked up as long as it's in a locked garage.

Tried Lancaster they wont do it (cos its a GTi) whats the difference when its parked up i ask ya !!!!

Only found a decent price off adrian flux so far they want ?64 whole englisg pounds. What do you reckon?

That's strange, mine's a cabriolet GTi, and they insure it parked up! I swear it depends who you get on the phone at these companies!
