how do i go about getting a club valuation or independent
insured my car with peter best a little while ago, sent them pics of my car, etc
my car is a 1975 swallowtail,
1 previous owner!
92k on the clock - genuine
mint bodywork and interior,
engine bay could do with a respray but is tidy.
bbs rm's
and they value it at £3,000 ???????? you'd struggle to get a tidy series 1 for that!!
they wont budge unless i get a mk1 owners club valuation or an independent.
any advice welcome!!
cheers. lee

ah cheers, they've said that as i'm a member of this car club, was a paid member - just run out. they need a valuation done by someone at the club so i assume its someone that carries some weight here like a moderator or chairman etc. then ive got to send the valuation in to them along with the same pictures i have already sent in, they're sending me them back. i suppose it would be a summary of the cars condition etc and what they think its worth.

Would be worth finding adverts for other swallowtails. And send them to the insurance company , somewhere online you can also find out how many of your model still left
Mk1 2l TSR G60. .getting. There twice as fast
Mk1 lhd diesel…….getting. There for half the cost
