any ideas

i just got my renewal quote through.. £314.25 (Brentacre) fully com, for my mk1 golf gti 16v, it has a emoblizer, phoned adrianflux and he quoted me 300 quid.. im a girl of a certain age  :wink:  with a million years no claims. is that 2 high?

Is that for a classic policy ?
How old are you, as if you qualify for a classic policy then you might aswell give Footman James a ring and ask them to quote.

You will also qualify for 10% discount off the price quoted with you being a member aswell.

Always worth in my eyes though to let them give you a quote 1st before mentioning the club  :mrgreen:

im paying around 550 fully comp with 7 years ncb, with a cat 2 immobiliser with direct line.  bet if i claimed for owt they wouldnt pay out half its value

I pay £106.00 for a full year, with agreed value aswell. Does have limited miles which reflects in the price, but I think with footman james they do an option to have it unlimited if you really need it

yep both have 3000 limited mileage, he has a cat 1 immobilizer, and im old enough for it not to matter!! they said they had discounted for being in the club. so you think give  footman a ring? last year in only paid £289.95 with Brenacre but they said they couldnt do it anly lower than there quote this year…

I would give footman james a call, for sure.
I do not have a modified golf, mine is a standard cabbie so hard to say weather that is a cheap price or not.

Give them a call and see what they quote, also give Peter Best a call aswell see what they can do Peter Best Post
