Wiring help please!

Hi all. 
Finally tackling the wiring challenges on my 1990 1.8  8v cabbie. Hoping you can help me work out what these three 'spare' wires are for and if they need to be connected to any connectors on the back of the fuse box.
I took the fuse box out today to check the condition of the wiring and trace my handbrake light cable and found these disconnected. Not sure if they were never connected or came off as I removed the fuse box.
Also, if anyone can confirm which of the pins on plug A is pin is A25 on the back of the fuse box too, that would be great.
