Vdo oil pressure sender confusion

I'm in just putting the golf back together but I'm struggling to find which sender I need for the oil pressure gauge I have, which is a 0~10kpa x100.
Has anyone got one of these and can confirm that a 0~10 bar sender will work. I've asked a few Ebay sellers and they say it wont.
Any help will be appreciated.

It's 100kPa on the gauge, which is 1 bar, so 0-1MPa (1000 KPa) should be equivalent to 0-10bar, so the sender should work ok.
