Searched everywhere, but can't find nothing about this problem

Newbie

Basically, my heater blower works even when the car key is in my pocket. I tried a new relay (the Load Reduction one), because this may cause this problem. No luck, nothing changed. At this point, could be something else, or it's that the previous owner messed up the electrical circuit? Any idea what else i can check? Thanks in advance

The big Black/Red wire for 12V to ground?
The Load reduction relay can power the Fan via the Headlight switch on the stalk.

Thanks a lot! I did another try yesterday: if i remove the relay, the heater fan just works when the igniton is on. I'll study the circuit you sent and try to check what you told me
