HELPPP!!!!

Hi all, i've upgrade my brakes on my mk1 for the 280mm , but im not sure what wheels sizes fites perfectly there. I'm thinking widen the fenders 2cm, does anyone can help me telling the how to measure , or just telling me the correct size of the wheels to be aligned with the fenders? my wheel size is 15'. thanks
