sunroof drainage

Hi does any one know if you can get access to the sunroof drainage holes /bottom from the wheel arch liner or have i got to take the wing off ?!

They come out about 2 inch,s above the top door hinge, at least mine do,  not sure you can even see them without taking the wing of ( my wings have been removed for a few years now…)
