Mk1 series 2 steering for Wolfsburg wheel
I am wanting to replace my series 2 GTi steering wheel with a series 1 Wolfsburg GTi wheel. Is this a straight forward swap or is there more to consider?

Probably a bit more to consider.
Depending on the year your car may have the larger spline adapter on it. If so this will have to removed. Removing the adapter can be a major pain.
If they are both small spline then it should be nice and easy……
You'll be able to tell when you remove the steering wheel. The adapter is very noticeable.

It's a 1983 registered Mk1 GTi tin top, I am hoping that it will have the small spline!
