STANDARD STEEL WHEELS WITH 6" HUB CAPS

I have a set of standard steelies without any hub caps. I am bidding on a set on ebay and wondered how these fit onto the wheels as I cannot see a lip like on a Beetle to place the caps onto.

You need 4 clips per cap or wheel.
should be 321601175B
