Hi folks, I’m changing the seats in my mk1 caddy, the replacement seats had the white plastic slider thingies missing so I’ve bought new ones.
one has a bit sticking out and one doesn’t , which. way around do they go? Does the one with the sticky out bit go on the outside runner or the inside runner - ie seat belt stalk side, or doesn’t it matter ? Cheers.

Hint, the winged one goes on the door rail where as the smooth one usually is on the inner rail.
Clean and Shine the catch rod, and glean out seat slide use clean grease on the slider as well as the catch pins.
I also grease the slide rails
