Running lumpy when cold

Hi there
I have recently changed my fuel lines and both fuel pumps and filter on my 1.8gti and it now runs (which is a relief) but when starting from cold it struggles a bit to keep going and sounds really lumpy and sluggish
Any ideas why would be great

Sounds like your Warm Up Regulator... check the 5th Injector as well 1st.
