I expect the leak is from the window not being sealed properly, there is meant to be a thin line of window sealer underneath the rubber along the glass.
You an get the black window sealer in a tube and gun it underneath the seal along the bottom and slightly up the sides.
Worked for me when my window was leaking as my car sits on the drive on a slight angle and the water sits along the seal and back window.
