Mystery washers - please help identify....

Help…..Putting back together my 83 1.8 GTI.I have a pair of mystery washers that I cannot identify. About 31mm diameter, slightly dished in the middle and with a raised lip on the other side. I had them in my bag of bits with all the parts for the inside of the front doors - winder handle, armrest, door pull etc???? Cannot see where they would fit???? Please can anyone identify them??

Those kid of remind me of the washers that have screws through them that attach the speaker pod frames to the door cards, as they go in through the rear of the panel, and hold the plastic frame and rear map pocket.
